Keep us informed when your details change – and we’ll keep you informed about your super. 

Up-to-date details put you in control 

It’s important for us to be able to reach you about your super in a range of ways. This keeps you in control of your super account so you can stay on track and make choices when you need to.  

We’ll contact you throughout the year about the following: 

  • Any changes to super rules that affect you
  • Any updates to your investments and other super products
  • Annual and mid-year updates (like this one)
  • Hints and tips to make the most of your super
  • Advice for achieving your desired retirement lifestyle (when you’re at this stage). 

Update your account details today 

To update your email, contact numbers or address, log into your firstonline account and go to the “My Details” tab. 

Or call 1300 360 988 and speak to our friendly Member Services Team. 

If you’ve changed your name, you’ll need to use our Change of Member Details Form and attach proof of identity. 

Protecting your privacy 

It’s a common experience – moving to a new house and receiving the previous resident’s mail for months!  

It’s important to ensure your mail only reaches you, so your privacy is protected. So be sure to tell us if you change addressWe’ll do our bit by sending sensitive information by post only when there’s no other option.
