Member Research with CSBA & FEAL

It’s important for us to regularly review our services and the experiences of our members, so that we can continue to improve and enhance our services.

To help us get a better understanding of member experiences and expectations, we are working in partnership with CSBA (Customer Service Benchmarking Australia Pty Ltd ABN 82 623 476 007) and FEAL (Fund Executive Association Limited) to conduct some member research.

Members may receive either a phone call or an email from CSBA on our behalf inviting them to participate in a phone survey or online survey. If you do not wish to participate in the survey, just let CSBA know. The research will be underway between 11 July to 21 August, and if you participate it will take approximately 10 minutes.

Your responses to the survey will remain anonymous.
