Member Research with CSBA

At First Super we believe it’s important that we regularly review our services and the experiences of our members, so that we can continue to improve and enhance our services.

To help us get a better understanding of member experiences and expectations, we are working in partnership with CSBA (Customer Service Benchmarking Australia Pty Ltd) to conduct some research.

You may receive an email from CSBA on our behalf, and an SMS from us, to invite you to participate in an online survey. If you do not wish to participate in the survey, just let CSBA know.

The research will take place between Thursday 1 August and Wednesday 28 August 2024, and if you choose to participate it will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the survey.

Your responses to the survey will remain anonymous. We appreciate any feedback you provide and will use this to help improve your experience with the Fund in future.
